Highlights Compilation: Administration on Aging Grantee-Developed Resources

The Administration for Community Living notes that the National Alzheimer's and Dementia Resource Center (NADRC) has compiled a number of examples of resources produced by Administration on Aging grantees during their grants. Every resource in the Highlights of Administration on Aging Grantee-Developed Resources has a corresponding page on the NADRC website and, when available, direct links to the grantee website. The highlights document includes a broad array of resources on those topics relevant to those offering Alzheimer's disease and dementia support services. The topics range from advanced care planning, cost analysis, and care coordination to evidence-informed interventions, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and dementia, and people with dementia who live alone.
