  3. Accessing our website

    4. The GoldenBrickRoad site uses a cookie as part of its restricted access system. This cookie holds minimal information to uniquely identify you as a site user. Once active this cookie does not gather any personal information from your interaction with the GoldenBrickRoad site or any other site, nor does it collect information from your operating system or hard drive. No information is sent from the cookie to any other party including the GoldenBrickRoad or stored in a database or by any other means. The cookie is only accessible by www.goldenbrickroad.com.     1. You may use our site only for lawful purposes.
    2. You may not use our site:

        - Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
        - Promote any illegal activity.
        - Be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
        - Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
        - Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
        - Give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case.
        - Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
  7. Suspension and termination
    1. We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of sections 4, 5, or 6 through your use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
    2. Failure to comply with sections 4, 5, or 6 constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
      1. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
      2. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site.
      3. Issue of a warning to you.

      5. Further legal action against you.
      6. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

    1. Use of GoldenBrickRoad members' details for mass mailing, emailing, advertising, invitations or any other commercial use without the express permission of the GoldenBrickRoad is illegal. Those found mailing without authorization will be liable for penalties.

    1. Viruses, hacking and other offenses
    2. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
