The department's guidelines say visits are limited to two visitors for a maximum of 30 minutes, and visitors must be socially distanced and wear a facial covering. Moreover, visits are to occur in areas that are separate from a resident's room. However, many nursing communities in Ohio's Montgomery County are not permitting indoor visitations at this time because of the high level of COVID-19 cases. The Ohio Department of Public Health says the county is still at a Level 3.
