Rockwall County Committee on Aging The North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging provides the following services at the regional level to persons age 60 and over. Benefits counseling, care coordination, legal assistance, light housekeeping, Long-term care ombudsman. The North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging also contracts with two area information centers to provide information about health and social services for older adults and their family caregivers.
